Hello, I am Yesi.
My journey with languages didn't start in a company, but with an intuition: I was always interested in how words change depending on who says them, where, and with what intention. That's why I studied translation, not just to learn languages, but to understand communication between people and cultures.
Over time, I felt the need to go further. I came to Spain to continue my training with a more technical and updated perspective: I completed two master's degrees, one in audiovisual translation and another in translation technologies, and a postgraduate degree in marketing. I learned that translating is also about knowing how to adapt, position, and make a message resonate.
Making the decision to migrate wasn't easy: it was full of excitement, uncertainty, and a lot of work. But that process not only changed my environment; it also transformed my way of understanding communication. It made me more aware of the value of words when something important is at stake. Since then, I don't view a text just as a task, but as a responsibility.
For more than 12 years, I have worked with words, not automatically, but trying to understand what's behind each one: an intention, a tone, an emotion, a risk. Translating well is not just about knowing languages; it's about knowing how to listen, read between the lines, detect when something doesn't fit, and understand what the client is really seeking with that text.
This is how Bonding Communication was born: as a space where precision, empathy, and judgment are balanced. Over time, I also learned to manage complex projects, coordinate teams, and adapt processes without losing quality or closeness.
Today I lead each project, but I like to maintain direct contact with our clients and oversee the deliveries, but I do not work alone. Bonding is also a network of professionals with whom I regularly collaborate: translators, reviewers, and specialists in different areas. We share the same way of working, based on quality, responsibility, and trust.
